Refund Policy

A secure payment gateway is available from GoDoctor to make it easy for users who visit the GoDoctor website to access a paid gateway / registration and to make payments. Because most GoDoctor services are in nature, the services available via our GoDoctor website are not returned, but there are certain reimbursement and cancellation policies which may differ from time to time as well as service to service. All reimbursement and cancellation policies for the service or promotion before registration and/or registration are required.

GoDoctor will only offer refunds based on facts relating to a single case. Unless adequate evidence is provided – mistaken appellations, factual errors, imprecise deductions, duplicate payments or any other case in which refund is agreed to by Management – there shall be no refunds for cancellations after registration.

Deposits will be refunded if they are made on the same card or account used for payment and processed only once the credentials of the account holders have been verified. Under no circumstances shall cash or cheque refunds be made.

  • More than once, users can’t return the same order.
  • In the event that the customer does not receive a communication because of the incomplete contact details provided by the individual, GoDoctor will not be responsible.
  • For access to the services provided on the website, customers seeking serial or repeated refunds may be blocked.
  • The payer must provide a valid invoice for refund claims for the inquiry and ID documents of the customer seeking refund in order to receive the refund.
  • There will be no refund interest
  • All refunds will be made within 7 working days. A request with the agreed refund (e-mail) can be sent by quoting the reception number for which the refund is sought.
  • GoDoctor reserves the right without prior notice/publication/prior information to change the policy.
